our packages

Many people have insurance coverage for Registered Dietitians. Most group insurance plans including Manulife, Blue Cross, Sunlife, GreatWest Life, Canada Life, Green Shield and more will cover up to $500 for dietitian services. Billing for all of our packages can be broken up to help you maximize your insurance benefits and payment plans are available.

At this time, we do not direct bill, but we can provide you with an invoice after your session that you can submit directly to your insurance company. It may be worth checking with your workplace benefit plan to see if you qualify! If you do not have coverage, the cost of your appointments are considered a tax-deductible medical expense that you can claim.

Individual Nutrition Package

FAMILY NUTRITION PACKAGE

This package was designed for 2-4 family members who all have unique concerns/challenges and who each need personalized guidance.

For example, you may have a toddler who is struggling with picky eating, but you may also have an older child who competes in a competitive sport and who needs some guidance with sports nutrition. Another example may be a teenager who is struggling with body image concerns and who is showing signs of disordered eating, and a parent who might want some personalized support healing their own relationship with food.

We wanted to offer a flexible family-friendly package that included more than just one family member and more than one challenge.
